I have my Power bi desktop which is connected to AWS RDS database
I installed mysql connector and it refreshes fine in desktop
However, when I published the report to Power Bi Service , the automated refresh didnt work
How to solve this issue?

To refresh data in the Power BI service, you also need to configure the gateway to set the schedule for refresh.

On-premises data gateway - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
In Power BI Service, you can set schedule refresh for your dataset, in order to set how often it refresh your dataset, you would need to configure on-premises gateway and add Amazon AWS data source under the gateway. For more details, you can review this article.
