Q & A not showing results

Hi there

I would like to use the Q&A feature on my dashboards. It is visible, but when I select it I am sent to the Q&A screen, which is blank.

I have a gateway connection to a database server. I have tried to 'turn on' the Q&A from the Dataset settings, however, there is no  option here for this, other than " Allow Cortana to access this data set".

Does the "blank" is like below? If it is, you can input your questions there.

Hi SueM,

Yes, you just need to input some keywords there to achieve the Q&A tile.
