Problem with my gateway connection on windows VM

Unable to update connection credentials. Unable to connect to the data source. Either the data source is inaccessible, a connection timeout occurred, or the data source credentials are invalid. In my laptop the gatewqy work well, but when I installed a new on my windows VM. I got this massage!
and I checked all the connections, my mysql workbech can connect to the database throw the VM...

Someone knows how to help me please?

I guess you will need an MySQL driver to access your DB from VM.
Install suitable driver (maybe same version like your local machine) on your VM...probably you will need set up an ODBC connection to your DB.
Try first to install a suitable driver on VM.
