Premium user cannot attach a Microsoft PowerPoint in the workspace

Hi,

End user premium cannot attach a powerpoint in their workspace, their account is Premium Education. Can you help to troubleshoot?thank you!

@ladylenecantuja I'm not sure which kind of subscription is Power BI Premium Education as there is no such product mentioned by microsoft.
