Premium capacity but getting free trial license issue

Hi 

we have a  premium capacity , but users are getting free trial issue .

Getting this error when conencting to workspace :

Premium capacity allows free license users to view reports shared by pro and PPU users , free licence users are still not allowed to connect workspaces in Premium Capacity.

You need to follow below
1. Assign workspace to Premium capacity
2. Assign No Pro license user as Viewer or share the content through App
3. If User need to have contributor access then yes they need Pro license

Please Check whether Worskpace is assigned to that premium capacity or not in Workspace Settings.
