Using current Power BI deployment pipeline feature , is there way to maintain reports and data set files versioning in Github ?and also possible to implement CICD process ?

Power BI has a built-in integration with OneDrive for version control of PBIX. learn more here.

there's no built-in integration with GitHub, but you can find different solutions that were published and leverages Power BI APIs to do what you are looking for.
