PowerBI Service - Users Cant Drill down

I have published a few reports to PowerBI service in my domain and I have created a couple of user accounts and assigned them a powerbi licence.

However, in my report which has 3-4 pages/visuals, one of the pages is a matrix report which does not allow the users to see the value of the rows except for the totals on the bottom of the report.   It also doesnt allow the user to expand \ drill down on any of the line items.

When I log into the PowerBI service using my account I dont have this issue so I think its its permissioning, but I cant find where this is set.

Appreciate the help in getting this resovled.

Thank you.

Hi there

Could you go into the Report Settings and have a look at the settings there?
