Power BI Manage Embed Codes Screen Blank

Hi all,

I'm trying to review the Embed codes which have been created in our organization. We do this on a regular basis for a bit of a cleanout of any that are no longer active so may not be required.

When I've opened the Embed Codes screen in the Power BI Admin Portal, I just receive a blank screen with no embed codes displayed. Normally it shows all the embed codes for our organization:

Strangely enough, I can still Export the list of reports/workspaces where embed codes have been created, but I'm obviously unable to review/delete these without access to the list in the Power BI service.

Not sure if this is affecting just us. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there any workaround?

Hi , @markp35

Based on my internal query in the internal issue website of Power BI, I can find this issue is a known issue that has been recorded in it, and the produt group engineers are currently working on the fix of this issue, Meanwhile, they have gave a workaround that users can append the query param either by "?P2WDialogFromAdminPortal=1" if the URL does not have any query param OR by adding “&P2WDialogFromAdminPortal=1" if the URL already has any query param.

Based on my local try with this work around URL, this can work in my local side:

https://app.powerbi.com/admin-portal/embedCodes?P2WDialogFromAdminPortal=1&experience=power-bi

You may feel free to check this method and we can pending for the issue fixing during this time period. Many thanks!

Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!

Best Regards,

Aniya Zhang

Hi @v-yueyunzh-msft ,

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately I can't test if your method works, as it appears that the Embed Code page is once again disaplaying all the results, as expected.

However, I will make a note of your suggestion for future use, should it happen again.

Best Regards,

Mark
