Power BI Admin Access

I just see only below two options in the Admin portal on the power bi service

However, I want to get access to all the options as shown in the below image. How can I get access to these?

Currently you have capacity Admin role, please get in touch with O365 Admin team or the team who provided you this role, they will be adding you to Power BI Admin role.
