Today my personal Gateway stopped working. We have tried re-booting, un-installing and re-installing the gateway. We have success under other users, however my profile returns the above error.
We did however have an installation of SQL 2014 Express, that has since been removed today from my machine. We still are getting the (403) error and I am unable to start my gateway.
Any thoughts?

solved. before the error i had been helping a couple people log in and set up their new PBI accounts (in explorer) i.e. switching back and forth between accounts. i also had my own session up in another browser (fire fox) to grant security.
i tried to re publish desktop changes, and believe there was a conflict between the gateway and the current non gateway PBI.com user..
the fix was to clear both browsers cache. gateway works!
