On Premises Gateway not showing in Microsoft 365 Apps

Hi,

We've got the on-premises gateway set up in our organization and it works great with regards to PowerBI.  However I cannot seem to access it in the 365 Apps.

All the documentation online tells me the On-Prem Gatewaye should also work with Flow and PowerApps.  However when I go to create a SQL connection in Flow for example, it tells me that there are no gateways available and prompts me to install one!

Does anyone know what's going on here?

Thanks

Hi @MMM,

As I tested, it works fine. You confirm you install the On-premises gateway rather than personal gateway? And when prompted to register the gateway, be sure to use the same credentials as the ones used to sign-in to Microsoft Flow. And select the correct when you add the SQL connection in Flow, more details, please review this article.

Best Regards,
Angelia
