Old data / filters when report is open

I'm facing issues. My report uses a live connection to AAS. When the cube is processed user who are already in the report don't see the new data. They can use the data refresh button at the right top and even press F5 but data is still old. Only closing and re-opening the browser solves the issues.

Last week I edited the same report in app.powerbi.com (I changed a filter) and my user did not see this change even when he pressed F5. Also here he had to re-open the browser to changes.

Is somebody familiar with this 'issue'? What is causing it? Cache?

Yes, we did. That was also my first guess, but it didn't help at all.
