How to provide access to Pro license users to an app published from a PPU workspace

Hi

Wondering if anyone can help solve a problem that I cant find a solution too currently.

The majority of people in the organisation that I work for have Pro licenses. I have a PPU license, as require the additional features for my job as a data analyst.  As you would expect, those with pro licenses can't access reports that are published into a PPU workspace. I need these users to be able to access the reports in that workspace but I can't change the workspace back to pro because I am using the subscribe feature to send a number of automated email with a pdf attachment to a members of our senior leadership team. I have published some of the reports in an app to see if that enables access to those with pro licenses but from reading around it looks like it wont work. Does anyone know how I can achieve this without losing the ability to send a full pdf attachment to auto emails sent via subscribe?

Many thanks in advance

Just to add, we don't have the necessary Power Automate licenses to use Power Automate to send the emails with pdf attachmenets and to make the workspace accessible to Pro PBI users
