I have created a Report with a total of 7 pages. My boss wants this Report (7pages) to constantly be presented on the screens in our office. I am connected to my database via Analysis Service. It is a live connection.
Whenever I go to my Report and try to export to PowerPoint, it only exports the current page that I am on. I was going through this link below but I am not getting any options after I click export.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/end-user-powerpoint
Once I click export, I can only select PPT, PDF or Excel. Once I click PPT it goes directly to ask me to copy a link to the individual page.
How can I export the Report all at once so that data refreshes for the whole power point and not just individual pages?

Hi @lucas9e ,
Refer this document,
If you want to embed multiple report pages in the same ppt file, you need multiple export operations.
Please refer to the following steps:
1.Select "page 1" and choose Export > PowerPoint > Embed live data>copy link.
2. Open a ppt file and paste the URL of a report or visual into the add-in.
3. Add a new slide in the PPT file, repeat the above steps to insert the URL.
