Hi Experts
I have got Ad Group names and UAM profiles for power bi reports, since I am new to ad groups I don't have any idea how to use the groups in the power bi service.
Now I have published the reports to the workspace and now by using ad groups how to share them with them I don't have an idea, kindly help me with this step by step.
Note: There is no RLS implemented
Best Regards,
K
Solved! Go to Solution.
First of all you need to publish your report to a Workspace different than "My Workspace"
From the Workspace you will need to Publish the report to App using this button
(The App space is for end users, don't need to share the Workspace with them)
Then in the Audience Tab
add the name of the AD Group here
Update the App
Once done Copy/Paste the URL of the App and emailed to the Group. You will receive emails from the group members to grant them access to your App.
Good luck
