This morning this article came out in the power bi blog:
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-service-and-mobile-june-2018-feature-summary/
I immediately noticed this bug.
I have some reports with a EUR-USD horizontal slicer. This slicer must be set on EUR by default.
When I publish the report this is what I get in the service (btw insert/edit image doesn't work like usual ...)
Usually (i.e. until yesterday) the selection was in black.
I tested the problem and I realized that the slicer does work.
The slicer is filtering the dataset for the default currency (EUR).
The problem is that you don't see which option has been selected.
Even when you click USD (or when you click EUR to deselect it) you don't see the black.
You have to infer from the other visuals if the slicer has changed anything.
Could some one please help me?
Hi @Pigna,
Sorrry for the delay update:
This is a known issue that has been reported internally. CRI: 76299330. Please wait for some time, product team is working on this problem and it would be fixed later.
Best Regards,
Cherry
Hi Cherry, is the problem fix in North America (Canada)?
Tks. Valerie
"It's a known issue. The fix is planned on : 7/16 – West Europe , 7/17 – NCUS , 7/19 – Rest of the World except North Europe, 7/20 – North Europe."
Hi @Pigna,
Do you have this issue in Power BI Service or Power BI Desktop?
By my test, the horizontal slicer works as expected in Power BI Service.
Could you share some screenshots to specify this issue?
Best Regards,
Cherry
