Granting ap access to entire organization doesn't appear to be working

Hi,

We are usign the new app settings experience, and under 'Manage Audience Access' we have it set to 'Entire Organization'. My assumption is that access is granted to every user and group in our Tenant.

However, users are faced with a 'We couldn't install [App Name]'. When I change the Audience Acess to specific users and groups and include their Azure group then it works fine.

Any know why it's not working with 'Entire Organization'?

This is acknowledged as an issue. We have reported the issue and submitted it to the internal icm platform, No:341210925 . Engineers will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update you here if there is any progress , please be patient.
