Freeze Row headers Issue in Power BI Service Portal

Hi all,

I'm facing an issue with row header freeze in power bi service of a rdl report. It is work absolutely fine in my local pc but doesn't work when I upload that file in power bi service. Can any one help to find out what is the problem?

Judging from the picture, it seems that the possible cause of the problem is related to the difference in the resolution of your report in report builder and Power BI service, but can you first explain the specific meaning of the "row header freezing problem"? From your diagram, one has row headers and the other doesn't, does that mean?

No there is also a row headers but when I scroll that the row headers doesn't freeze and go up.
