You can run queries in the Power BI service's dataflows:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/dataflows/dataflows-introduction-self-serv...

If you want to directly export the output of a dataflow without first loading it into a dataset, you'll have to use the Bring You Own Storage option:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/dataflows/dataflows-azure-data-lake-storag...

Sorry if I misspoke, that's exactly what I want to do, exported data from Power BI

However, is it possible to execute queries from the cloud application and not desktop?

This part of the UI is to show you which filters are already applied to the visual, not to assign new ones. To add filters, use the filter pane on the right of the canvas:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/power-bi-report-filter?tabs=powerbi-desktop

Hello, thank you for your answer. This does not suit me suddenly, I am looking for an easier way to extract data, is this possible with SQL queries? Thanks

It's unclear what you're trying to accomplish. So far we've discussed parts of the Power BI user interface that are meant to filter what's displayed in visuals. Now it sounds like you want to extract (how? do you mean export) source data? You can indeed run SQL queries from Power BI, but I'm really not sure about what you want to do.
