Externals only see "Ask questions" not dashboard visuals

Im trying to share a dashboard with an external user with a power bi pro trail active on his office 365 account. He cannot see the visuals, but he can ask questions about the data and see the data.

I've tried in both chrome and edge, no different. 

I've tred to remove custom visuals and sticking to the ones that are shipped in the newest version, no different.

I've made sure that there is no live data in the report and source that the dashboard is based on.

The external is accessing the shared dashboard using a link.

Anyone got a clue?

Once I get update about CRI 52000822, will update here.
