No.

Security on a page can be obtained by creating an App, and having Audiences that can be controled by report, but not page in a report.

It's currently unsupported.As @3CloudThomas  said, you can create apps and there are other workarounds you can look into:Page-Level Security workaround in Power BI - RADACAD
