Do not have "Allow existing and new codes" setting available to select

I am trying to publish to web and get the error regarding code creation. I am an admin and when I go into settings, I do not have the "Allow existing and new codes" option that seems to be the solution to error. Please see photos.

Only thought would be a license or trial issue, but that is pure speculation. (on a trial pro account currently)

Hi @Ski034 ,

When you toggle the button then  "Allow existing and new codes"  will appear in Power BI Admin Portal

Things I figured out in DAX, but it when it comes to a toggle - haha! Thank you!
