Compartir archivos dinamicos

Hola buen día a todos, 

Tengo una consulta me gustaría compartir archivos dínamicos con externos pero estos tienen licencia Free, esto es posible o ellos debería adquirir una licencia PRO o Premium. 

Si se pudiera, yo tendría que tener liccencia PRO o Premium? agradezco su colaboración orientandome

According to your description, do you want to know what the liscense we need to share the contents in Power BI Service. You can refer to this picture:

If we are in the shared capacity , and we use the pro license to share some contents , the others users also need the  pro license to have the access to read the content.
