Can you submit tech support tickets, when trying out Power BI pro?

I am trying out Power BI pro, and having an issue.

Can I submit a tech support ticket? When I try to do it, I meet this screen:

So is the tech support only available for paying customers - or is trial included?

Yes, you can.

When open a support ticket, then Microsoft support team will contact you and give you further help.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free.

Go to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
