Hello, hopefully a simple question.
I am attempting to add an external org user's email to our workspace app access. I am not on the IT side of things, but IT had set them up with some kind of Azure / organization emails from what I understand, I have successfully done this for someone else on their team that has their access set up this way and can view the app as Viewer. When I go to add the other person to the Access of the app, their email even auto-populates as I type it.. but then I get this error:
