Call REST API from report page

Hello,

1) Is it possible to add a button on the report page with click event to call REST API with some authentication? I know that we could attach a button to report page with URL, but how to add authentication there, maybe it's possible with some other way?

2) How to create a slider with values e.g(1-10) and bind the result from slider to the REST API url as a parameter?

2) You can hand over the Power BI parameter to the flow.
