Auto refresh and browser refresh cause a metric in a matrix to disappear ?

Hi all,

looking for some advice, I have a PBIX that has been tested and validated, it opens up and displays information correctly and gets published to service, it has been working fine for 2 months now.

About a week ago I noticed one metric in a matrix start to not populate and I can't understand why, all other metrics work fine.

I have looked back at the data, filters, credentials and nothing seems to stop this. 

I am right now manually refreshing the file each day but I have noticed after a browser refresh the issue appears again.

has anyone experienced an issue like this before?
