APSS not opening in Chrome

When I try to oppen any APP using Chrome Version 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit) the edges of the APP icon will turn blue but it will not open.

I can open the APPS using Edge

I test with the same version chrome and these apps work on my side, can you please explain more about these apps to help us clarify this issue? (data source type and connection mode, visual types used in apps)

In addition, have you tried to use fiddler to trace open app steps to confirm these requests if they have been blocked?
BTW, you can also open a support ticket to get further support from power bi team.

I remember having this issue a few days ago. I'm running the same version of Chrome btw, but don't have any issues at the moment.

Try CTRL+F5 for a hard refresh of the browser.

Otherwise clearing the browser history (or specifically the cookies for powerbi.com) might help.
