Turn Dax calculated column into M formula for query editor

Hello,

I have a calculated column that I would like to recreate as a custom column in the query editor for the table 'CMI Application Tracker'

Overall Program Status =
SWITCH (
    TRUE(),
    'CMI Application Tracker'[Migration Status] = "Complete" && 'CMI Application Tracker'[Decom Status] = "Complete", "Complete",
    'CMI Application Tracker'[Migration Status] <> "Not Started" && 'CMI Application Tracker'[Decom Status] = "Not Started", "In Progress",
    'CMI Application Tracker'[Migration Status] = "Complete" && 'CMI Application Tracker'[Decom Status] <> "Complete", "Decom Pending",
    'CMI Application Tracker'[Migration Status] = "Not Started" && 'CMI Application Tracker'[Decom Status] = "Not Started", "Not Started",
    "Not Started"
)

Hi @AlGrant ,

Here's the basic IF statement structure in M to get you started:

if [Migration Status] = "Complete" and [Decom Status] = "Complete" then "Complete"
else if [Migration Status] <> "Not Started" and [Decom Status] = "Not Started" then "In Progress"
...
...
else "Not Started"
