Hi,
I am trying to get data from NAV 2015 into Power BI.
In Denmark the equivalent of a "LTD" company is a "A/S" company.
That means that my ODATA URL is
https//instance.navserver.com:7048/DynamicsNAV90_Instance1/OData/Company('Company A/S')
If I enter this URL in Power BI, I get a query error. If I replace the slash in A/S with a %2F I still get a query error in Power BI. But this URL with %2F works in a browser.
I then started wireshark and sniffed on the network. Power BI is replacing the "A%2FS" with "A/S" in the HTTP(S) request on the network. How do I prevent this?
My next step would be to configure a Apache proxy between Power BI and NAV to do a simple URL manipulation, but I would prefer a simpler solution.

Hi @misak,
The scenario you describe is currently not supported in Power BI, for more details, please check the discussion in the similar thread below.
Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
Anything new here? Have exactly the same problem.
Hi,
I am fetching the data direct from the MSSQL server and bypasses Dynamic Nav. There is a bit of work finding the correct relations between tables, but it works.
