How to Filter rows with "List" values returned from Restful API

I am unable to filter out the rows with values "List" in my API call , see below screenshot

You can also use Value.Is for the check.

Try something like this: 

SelectLists = Table.SelectRows( PrevStepName, each [byOrganization] is list)
