Yes, it is available on mobile. Make sure you have used the newest version of power bi.

How can i connect Sql server in mobile using power bi app. if my LAN ports are the client ports how can i see the reports in mobile.

I'm not very clear for your description, can you explanation it more detailed?

Do above means you want to use mobile app to access the reports which in the intranet SSRS?

If this is a case, I'd like to suggest you release your service to outside web first. It is impossible to directly access the intranet SSRS from extranet.
