Visualizations must auto adjust one below another in mobile browser by using PowerBI Desktop Link.

In Mobile we use browser and not PowerBI App.

Is this way possible?

I'm not so clear your description, can you please explain more about your requirement with some expect result?
In addition, if you mean report contents auto fit your browser, you can modify it in view menu.
