Stop Dashboard Drilling Through to Report

I've published a dashboard using pin live page from the report which opens nicely on the Power BI Android app. Everytime I try to use the slicers on the mobile app dashboard (slicers which were part of the live page), it opens the Report, and then when you try to use the slicer, it opens a frame around the slicer almost like a developer mode. I just want to interact with a dashboard not be directed through to a report!

Currently, pinned report tiles on PowerBI mobile apps don’t allow interaction.

These tiles act as links to the report that was pinned.

Once you click a report tile you will be directed to the report that should allow for interaction.

We are not aware of an issue with slicers on reports – could you please share some more details around the issue you are experiencing with the slicer?

In addition to the out of the box support for reports on the mobile apps, we have launched a new feature called Phone reports – this feature allows you to optimize your reports specifically for phone use adding more functionality to your reports.

For the use case you described, phone reports offer an enhanced focus mode for slicers – that will allow for easier and better interaction with your slicers – you can read more about phone reports here.

Based on test, current it seems like interaction feature not works on power bi mobile, we will contact to mobile team to confirm this is issue or feature.
