Hello!
In my organisation, the workspace where we have all our data is hosted by a third party (external org), and we access the workspace as guests.
I've found out that some features like comments and personal bookmarks (the type of bookmarks that the end user can configure) are not an option when connecting via the mobile app to the external org (see screenshot below).
However, if I access a report of my own organisation through the mobile app, or an external report through the browser, the personal bookmarks and comments options do appear (see screenshots below), so the only problem seems to be the external org + mobile app combination.
Is there any way to enable personal bookmarks for users outside your organization in the Mobile app?
Thank you very much already for your help! 🙂
Hello Maya,
Thank you very much for looking into this! Please, let me know if you find a solution for it. I really think the iOS PowerBI app is a great way to distribute reports, but this issue really does make a difference for us, only leaving the option of accessing reports through the browser.
Thank you very much already! 🙂
HI @Seblo1227,
I'd like to suggest you take a look at limitation list about bookmark features of it suitable for your scenario:
