Dashboard Details not working in iPhone App

I am using an iPhone X and trying to access my dashboards that I have set up for the mobile. The report does not display.

I am using the latest version on both iPhone and Power BI app. I reinstalled the app and it is now working.

What version of Power BI mobile app do you use in IPhone X? What is your IOS version and do you use special features in the dashboard? Please check if you can view the dahboard in Safari in your IPhone.

I test a dashboard in IPhone XR, and the dashboard works as expected. I am using Power BI mobile app 17.2 version and IOS 12.1.2 version.
