Quadrants/ Quartile calculation

I would like to replicate the below chart in Power BI

About chart : X axis - Quardant (Column H)

Y axis left - Cumulative Revenue (Column I), Y axis right - % Countries (Column K)

About Data :

1) The Cumulative Revenue (Column I) is calculated as Total Sum of Revenue (Column B) in cell I1 and then I1*25%, I1*50%, I1*75% and I1*100%

2) The Countries (Column J) is calculated as Number of Countries (Column A) if Sum of Revenue (Column B) is less than or equal to Column I

3) The % of Countries is calculated as Column J / Sum of Countries (cell J7)

NOTE : I've only data (Column A to C) available in Power BI

The data Snapshot is as below
