Hi all,
I created a Power Automate flow using step "Export to File for Power BI Reports" and it works fine using single-user user identity in the "Identities Username" section (see picture). However, I need to embed groups of individuals instead of only one individual identity / username. In RLS settings the individuals are added on a single-user UserPrincipalName function (RLS rule: mail = UserPrincipalName())
Do I need to generate an embed token with the individual users?
I have tried to add mailgroups in the Identities Username section but doesnt work.

Hi @MIkkelHyldig - I think this Power Automate connector is expecting a User name rather than a User Group because Power BI is excepting Users not User Group to access the report.
It might possible to overcome this limitation in Power Automate be following these steps if your are using Office 365 Groups:
Note this would only work if the first member of the group does not appear in multiple RLS groups. e.g. If I am member of RLS group A and B, the report will contain result for both groups. If this does happen then you might need to consider adding Report level filters to create the output for each group.
