Generate report using Power Automate

Hi Friends,

 

How do we generate a scheduled report from power bi reports using power automate for selected sheets and with filters ? I could see a flow (Export to file from PBI Report) to create report and share as  attachment in email but i am more interested in selecting specifc sheets from report and applying filters on top.

 

Any suggestions would be a great help.

Please be more specific.  What are you planning to do with the result of your filtered pages?

@lbendlin , I am looking for 2 options in report generation

1. Have lots of sheets in the published Power BI report, on which i want to generate report only for few sheets eg. Summary, Cost Analysis & Product Analysis

2. This data will go to different business heads, so data has to be filter on business unit for specific users.

Is it possible to block certain sheets based on business unit or org hierarchy.

Yes, you can specify which pages to include, and which filters to apply to each extract.
