I have Data From Excel has two date format US & UK in same column, I tried to use ( Using Local ) it doesn’t help because same dates hard to figure like 09/08/2023 but actually this table only for Sep i would like a soulation will help me also when i will add other months

You can change the type of the column using locale and set it to UK format. To do this, right click on the column name, select Change Type, then Using Locale, then pick Date and en-GB.
You can check the regional settings of your system and make sure it is set to UK. Then restart the Power BI desktop and refresh the query editor.
You can check the region of the SharePoint library if you are using one as a source. It often defaults to US. You can change it in the site settings.

A grateful of your support and helping me, I tried Using Locale solution but it doesn’t work in days from 1 to 12 because it is so hard to know it is a month or a day.
This data came from attending system and I reported to the IT company so tell they fix it am searching for other solution.
