conditional formatting text

I need to have conditional formatting for a text when display @" error" to become red (background or text)

 

is it possible?

this is my measure and I can't make it work in case "SELECTED MULTIPLE CURRENCIES" appears to become written in red color.

You may refer to using Color formatting by field value function in power bi:
