% changes of incidents priority

Hi guys!

I have a spreadsheet containing the ID of an incident as well as the priority and other information (for example: date, status etc.). Everyday we update these information with the ID and its current priority (that can change from day to day), as follows in the example bellow:

avitoriasrocha_0-1681309574178.png

What I want to do is obtain a relation of the percentage of how many incidents change its priority during the course of the days, and how many incidents changes to a higher or lower priority. I do not have many ideas to how obtain this so if someone can help me it would be wonderful!

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

based on your explanation it sounds like the changes are just overwritten on the spreadsheet, to be able to do what you're looking for you'd need a record of the changes, so one row for each change where you'd end up with muliple of the same ID and a change date field as a slowly changing dimension to monitor it.

With this data you could count by user ID how many times it appears in a certain day and how many times it the priority has been increased/decreased.
