add measures in a database

Dear all,

I created two measures in power Bi that I would like to add in this database a new row. The two measures represent the F1 and F2 column. My goal is then to represent these points in a scatter plot but I tried to direcltly add the two measures in the scatter plot but it didn't work so I reckon I should add them directly in the database.

Kind regards.
