Hi BI folks,
I'm moving to a diferent position in my company. I'm leaving the developer side of the job to a new position of sales engineer. So, as a beginner, how do you go about approaching a prospect customer in the first meeting, and so on, and what usually are the pain points and concerns of the customers ?
In general, I know that there is not one solution for the customer. But maybe your past experience could help a little to be more focused on questions that really matter and reach the architecture of the solution or questions that can be brought for a high level purposes ?
