A nice feature was added to Power BI Desktop in the June 2017 release - Visual Font Family can now be set:
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/es-es/blog/power-bi-desktop-june-feature-summary/#fonts
It's not mentioned in that brief post, but (based on my testing) this has had the effect of changing the default font family for all the affected visuals from Segoe UI to Arial. This only appears to affect new visuals created - pre-existing visuals are correctly set to Segoe UI.
Beware as it is now very easy to modify an existing PBIX file and end up with a mixture of Arial and Segoe UI fonts.
Thanks for sharing.
