I have two tables that have visual-level filters on the same field (candidate stage/application status).
Because they both rely on Candidate Stage ("Application status"), when I click on one table, it incorrectly calculates.
The intended effect should be 0's across the board for Total Hired and & % Hired because the table being triggered is a collection of Applications still Under Review/Open.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Please use the following measure for %hired:
% Hired =
CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( Sheet1 ), Sheet1[Candidate Stage] = "Hired" )
/ CALCULATE (
COUNTROWS ( Sheet1 ),
FILTER (
ALLSELECTED ( Sheet1 ),
Sheet1[Source of Hire] = MAX ( Sheet1[Source of Hire] )
)
)
