Hi, @nanojau

Based on your description, It is unsupported to show all date range and inactive the filters on the visual page on the same time. When visual level filters are set, the date range of slicer is confirmed. As a workaround, you may use bookmark.

When you create a bookmark, the following elements are saved with the bookmark:

  • The current page
  • Filters
  • Slicers, including slicer type (for example, dropdown or list) and slicer state
  • Visual selection state (such as cross-highlight filters)
  • Sort order
  • Drill location
  • Visibility of an object (by using the Selection pane)
  • The focus or Spotlight modes of any visible object

For further information, you may refer to the following link.

Best Regards

Allan

Thanks for your contribution Allan, Yes Bookmarks appear to be the better solution. I implemented Bookmarks with workaround to solve this issue, but our report user's would like to do it using Slicer only. I sent a improvement to Microsoft Ideas to upload the next version of Power BI with a smart solution for this step. Thanks,
