Unpivot and Pivot Power Qurey trnsformation

Please help me out in this table transformation in power query Thanks in advance

I got a way to achieve the result in  Excel power query.

Select 2022,2023, 2024 columns then click unpivot. then create the conditional column. 

 

here is the solution file. 

 

Note: file will be automatically deleted after download.
