Unable to Categorize Visuals with Gridlines and Channel

I am trying emulate the following Power BI visual

In my visual, (on page 1) I'm trying to get the Months and categorize shown in X Axis. I would only like to get the vertical gridlines.

However, I'm unable to achieve the same visual using the model called 'my channel over time'

The best I can get with my visual is as follows:

Any thoughts on where I might be going wrong?

Hi @caplogic ,

I know what you mean but it seems that there is no relationship between them. If you have relationships, you can create a measure and it will give you what you want.

I create two tables as you mentioned. Also they have relationships.

Then I create a calculated column.

Column = 'T1'[Month] & " "& RELATED(T2[Column1])

Finally it gives me the things you want.

Hi Yilong

Thanks for getting in touch.

So, is that how it was achieved in the original Executive dashboard?
