Transform months columns to work fine with slicers

Hello, I have the following dataset (Title is user name):

And I would like to make column charts like the below:

where the month can be changed by a user (through a slicer for example). What kind of data operations would I need to do to be able to have these visuals with month's slicers? Thank you
